WCONLINE: The Drexel Writing Center

  • Winter Quarter, 2010

During the winter term, in-person meetings are available with faculty or peer readers at the Writing Center in MacAlister Hall, at Hagerty Library, and at Hahnemann Library on the Center City Campus. (Specific locations/Room numbers for Hagerty and Hahnemann meetings will be listed in the appointment reservation window.)

To make appointments for in-person meetings with faculty and peer readers (for all locations), please use the Faculty Readers, Winter, 09-10 and Peer Readers, Winter, 09-10 schedules.

Beginning February 2, the Writing Center will offer specific meeting times for graduate students on the Graduate Support schedule. (Graduate students are still welcome to make appointments with readers on our other schedules.)

The Writing Center also offers synchronous online meetings with faculty readers, which will be conducted an Adobe Connect online meeting room (for sharing documents and resources) and Skype (voice only; a phone number will be provided for anyone who does not use Skype or would prefer to call from a telephone). No special software is required for online meetings.

To make appointments for synchronous online meetings with faculty readers, please use the Online at the Writing Center, Winter, 09-10 schedule. Before the start of tutoring in Week 3, we will update the reservation information for Online at the Writing Center appointments with specific directions and links for the online meetings.
